Field Service Technician

We are in search of a dynamic Field Service Technician (F/M) to join our client’s growing support team. This position is based in France, specifically around Paris, and requires travel within the Paris region averaging three days of travel per week. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for conducting maintenance, checks, and repairs on different systems to ensure excellent customer service experiences. Key Responsibilities Deliver service and support during field visits or dispatches, including preventive maintenance, installation, and repair of client’s systems. Execute on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing tasks. Identify and diagnose errors or technical issues, determining appropriate solutions. Generate comprehensive and timely service reports. Manage documentation processes efficiently. Safely operate vehicles and utilize field automation systems. Adhere to company field procedures and protocols. Collaborate with the technical team and share information across the organization. Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate recommendations and briefings. Requirements Technical degree or certification in IT, electro-technics, or robotics. Minimum of 2 years of proven field service experience. Proficiency in troubleshooting, testing, repairing, and servicing technical equipment. Good command of English.
