Studio Operations Manager Full-Time Permanent Studio Operations Manager As the Studio Operations Manager, you will oversee the Harry Rosen photo and video production studio, managing the total studio budget while balancing quality, budget efficiency and speed to market. Your primary responsibility will be to work collaboratively with the craft managers to organize and orchestrate an organized, focused, synergistic workflow and output for all photo studio assets supporting the editorial and product photography teams. You will be responsible for making sure all facets of the team and process are running efficiently, effectively, and to budget.  What you will do:  Studio Operations  Studio planning & resourcing of the in-house photography studios to drive feasibility, efficiency, creativity and optimization across product and creative requirements Manage timelines to ensure resource allocations balance creative and product delivery time frames, maximizing output Negotiate contracts and fees, book, and schedule freelance resources (models, hair & make-up, photographers, and stylists) as needed to execute production needs Manage expenses for talent, equipment, supplies and maintenance Manage timelines and budget to ensure resource allocations allow projects to stay on-time and on-budget, providing recommendations for ongoing optimization Manage studio flow and usage to drive continuous improvement and efficiency through workflow optimization, technology, labour optimization and talent development Product owner for product workflow management software Build, manage, and report on studio budget and SLAs, including forecasts and reconciliation Establish strategies and guidelines to optimally leverage in-house vs. freelance resources Eliminate time-sensitive bottlenecks and produce high quality outputs expediently  Partner to establish guides and standards to streamline operations Utilize systems/data to ensure efficient planning, remove roadblocks, redefine workflows to meet operational goals Support studio pre-production, production and post-production with studio resources and talent, with innate ability to support omnichannel projects and demands simultaneously Development, implementation, management, and evolution of studio processes and programs Product Production  Oversee management of physical & digital product samples  Deliver product copy writing to style standards Deliver product photography to style standards Oversee product publishing to SLA's  Communication  Establish a strong partnership with the Craft Managers (photography, styling, and retouching) to ensure smooth studio operations. Build a partnership with Director Ecommerce to review style guides, standards, sales and tests Develop a partnership with the Buying team to leverage their insights on product and vendor relationships to maximize the selling proposition for product detail pages Build a deep relationship with the Creative PM/Producer to determine and allocate inhouse resources and awareness of upcoming projects Develop impactful relationships to enhance collaboration across teams  Provide weekly reporting on production status with action plans as needed Leadership  Provide continuous coaching to team members so they can excel Create a culture of collaboration, creativity and productivity at the studio Maximize opportunities for team to participate in omni-channel projects to grow skills Ensure team is engaged with broader company strategy Set studio vision and strategies to support Company goals What background and experience you need: 5+ years experience at a level leading teams of both creative and operational staff in a high volume / high quality, production environment Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in business mgmt., or ecommerce Experience acting as a producer in a creative driven advertising agency or internal creative team, developing and tracking budgets, schedules, and assets Demonstrable experience in project managing and workflow trafficking A true collaborator who can seamlessly engage with, and influence cross-functional teams Passionate people leader, dedicated to teamwork and team development Analytical thinker who can proactively identify logistical challenges and opportunities for innovation Thorough understanding of omnichannel creative channels Exceptional organization, prioritization and project management skills Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable Familiarity with photographic production planning and e-commerce workflows Interest in fashion and an eye for a luxury aesthetic a benefit Experience using workflow software  What are the perks of the job?
