Our client school in Bolton is looking for multiple Teaching Assistants to join their learning support department. Full-time Teaching Assistants required. Multiple positions available across a range of subjects including Maths, English, Science. Humanities and Psychology. Start date - September 2024 Competitive rates of pay for graduates. Main roles and responsibilities: Support pupils who require additional support due to additional learning needs. Work alongside other TA’s and senior leaders. Receive support and training to build further experience working within education. Support pupils within your subject specialism with focused interventions. Monitor pupils’ progress, reporting these back to senior members of staff. Occasionally cover lessons in the absence of a teacher. Applicants must have previous work or personal experience supporting young people or working in education. You will ideally be educated to degree level however, all qualifications will be considered. Our client school is based in Bolton and is easily accessible from the surrounding areas of Greater Manchester via the M66, M60, A580 and A56. Alternatively, our client school can be accessed via public transport from areas such as Bury, Salford and central Manchester.
