Drylining Estimator

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join a highly experienced team working with tier 1 contractors on a variety of interesting and unique projects in and around London, They are looking for an Estimator with proven experience who can hit the ground running tendering drylining and associated packages on projects up to £10m. Responsibilities: - Prepare accurate and timely estimates for drylining projects, ensuring cost effectiveness and competitiveness. - Collaborate with the project management team to develop comprehensive project proposals. - Conduct thorough analysis of project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to determine project requirements. - Communicate effectively with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotes and pricing. - Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and material costs to ensure accurate estimates. - Assist in value engineering and cost-saving initiatives to maximize project profitability. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Drylining Estimator within the construction industry. - Strong analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail. - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. - Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
