As a Contract Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery of their maintenance services, ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.   Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of buildings, ensuring all contractual obligations are met. The buildings are a mixture of High end residential and commercial office space Build strong client relationships and serve as the main point of contact. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the effective delivery of services. Monitor budgets, schedules, and resource allocation. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving measures. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards. Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise during contract execution. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management and clients. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Contract Manager in the building services maintenance industry. Strong knowledge of building systems, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Exceptional organisational and project management abilities. Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Relevant certifications or industry qualifications are essential.
