About the Role Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you'll be responsible for driving operational excellence and efficiency across our organisation. As the Operations Manager, your mission is to streamline processes, implement cutting-edge automation solutions, and oversee critical functions including IT and facilities management. You'll lead initiatives that support our strategy by optimising operations, reducing costs, and enhancing productivity. About You Don’t worry, we don’t need a Cyber Security expert! We're looking for a dynamic individual with a passion for operational excellence and a track record of implementing successful automation solutions. You're tech-savvy, innovative, and have a keen eye for process improvement. With excellent project management and leadership skills, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and aren't afraid to tackle complex challenges. If you have experience in operations management, process automation, IT oversight, or facilities management, and are ready to make a significant impact on our organisation's efficiency and growth, we want to hear from you!
