Job Title: Workshop Engineer  Location: Leicester  Company: Construction Plant Machinery Provider    Are you a skilled Workshop Engineer with a passion for construction plant machinery? we are currently working with a well-established and recognised company, who are looking for someone to play a key role in delivering high-quality machinery to their clients.   Key Responsibilities: Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspections on a variety of construction plant machinery to ensure they meet operational standards. Diagnose, maintain, and perform minor repairs on machinery prior to delivery. Ensure all equipment complies with safety standards and is in optimal working condition. Collaborate with the team to uphold high standards of service and customer satisfaction. Complete detailed reports and documentation for each machine inspection. Occasionally travel out to site to support field engineers with complex repairs.  Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a Workshop Engineer, preferably in construction plant, heavy machinery or material handling industries.  Strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. Attention to detail and commitment to high standards of workmanship. Relevant qualifications in engineering or mechanical fields are desirable.
