Join a dynamic team in a leading firm where you’ll be contributing towards the smooth process of the organisation, whilst developing and building your own skills and experiences.   In the Payroll Specialist vacancy, you will be: Carrying out monthly payroll for 190+ employees and develop systems/policies to support the increase in payroll processing that will take place during 2025. Coordinating end to end Payroll processing and supporting employees with internal systems (training provided) Processing and checking all additional monthly items for payroll to include starters, leavers, overtime and additional payments are processed accurately and on time. All other payroll administration and duties involved including auditing data, reports etc. Supporting departments and other team members and leading on all queries including taxation and payroll To be successful in the Payroll Specialist role: A minimum of 3 years of payroll processing experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel. Strong understanding of payroll principles, tax regulations, and compliance standards. Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. This is a permanent, full time position working Monday to Friday and starting on a salary IRO 30k but negotiable for the right person.
