POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Team Leader to service our commercial and retail customers across North America. This role involves leading a team that is focused on growing our footprint across Canada + USA through exceptional customer service.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Lead a team of National Customer Service Team Members.
· Maintain consistent, effective, and up-to-date office operations utilizing update to technology
· Vetting and growing our preferred partner network.
· Act as a liaison between customers and preferred partners.
Required:
· Post-secondary education or a combination of experience and education.
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in office customer service/administration role leading a team.
· Ability to pass a background police check.
· Fluent in English (French or Spanish is an asset).
· Resides near our head office (strategically located near Pearson Airport).
