Technical Program Manager On behalf of our client in the Financial Services Sector, PROCOM is looking for a Technical Program Manager Technical Program Manager - Job Description Ownership for assigned projects, managing, coordination of execution plans, from the inception till production stage Develop & curate detailed technology work plans, schedules, project estimates, assess and report upon risks and status Consult with business clients to determine system functional specifications and partner with multiple teams and other units to meet organizational objectives Evaluate new IT developments and evolving business requirements and recommend appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems by analyzing business processes, systems, and industry standards Provide input during development and implementation phases, including formulation and definition of systems scope, objectives, and necessary system enhancements for complex, high impact projects Identify and communicate risks and impacts and propose risk mitigation options, considering business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment Provide in-depth and sophisticated analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems, develop innovative solutions and influence strategic functional decision Distil complex information and present in concise terms to inform decision making and to enable direction & issue resolution. Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members Technical Program Manager - Mandatory Skills Relevant experience working in the financial industry Knowledge of FX /FX Options and/or Rates or other Derivatives products A proven track record of business analysis experience A proven ability of using complex analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving techniques Strong investigation and data analysis skills Demonstrated leadership skills and proven interpersonal skills with ability to partner and influence across organizational lines Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication Ability to work independently Flexibility to collaborate with a global team, across geographies and time zones Data analysis with intermediate/advanced Python, SQL, Microsoft Office Suite skills Technical Program Manager - Preferred Skills Understanding Trade Capture and Risk management is preferred Computer Science, Engineering or Technical background is an advantage Quantitative analysis or portfolio management experience is nice to have Technical Program Manager - Assignment Start Date ASAP – 12 months to start Technical Program Manager - Assignment Location Mississauga, ON – Work Hybrid
