Frequent Learning & Development initiatives to benefit the breadth and depth of your skill set Employee Stock Purchase Plan Reward and Recognition Programs e.g. Chairman’s Club Responsibilities Join ISG as an Analyst and become part of the ISG team helping clients transform and optimize their business processes by focusing on data and analyses to drive information technology strategies and business process transformations. Receive training on consulting skills, methodologies, and tools to support ISG’s client engagements. Work with a diverse group of colleagues, including recognized industry experts, in various industries with top companies worldwide. Perform industry and client research, data gathering, input, manipulation, analysis, financial modeling, and compare and analyze complex information based on project assignments. Work on Benchmarking and Sourcing projects in Information Technology, assisting clients with sourcing evaluations, assessments, and strategy engagements, as well as preparing business case models and pricing evaluations. Facilitate client workshops, assist in preparing client presentations and reports, and identify opportunities to expand ISG’s client relationships. Support Business Development by preparing sales presentations for ISG clients and prospects. Required Skillsets General interest/motivation to start working for one of the leading sourcing advisors and ambition to develop into an expert in core fields (e.g., Sourcing, Benchmarking, Cybersecurity, Change Management). Fluent verbal and written communication in French and English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in easy-to-understand business terms. Basic knowledge in Information Technology (cloud, infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity). Knowledge of Finance (business cases, simulations, financial modeling). Organizational talent and pragmatic hands-on approach. Great command of Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel (including pivot tables and data analysis). Ability to learn quickly, be a team player, apply structured thinking, and demonstrate strong presentation skills. Education Bac+5 (Ecole d’Ingénieur or Ecole de Commerce) - Ideally with a Computer Science specialization.
