This role will be pivotal in shaping our workforce by attracting top talent while fostering strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. You will play a key role in business leadership and people management, ensuring that our hiring practices align with our organizational goals and culture.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment Leadership: Design and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to the advertising sector, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market demands.Business Partnership: Collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand workforce needs, providing strategic insights and recommendations for talent acquisition.People Management: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and development.Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients, understanding their unique hiring needs and delivering customized recruitment solutions.Candidate Sourcing: Utilize diverse sourcing methods, including networking, social media, and industry events, to identify and attract high-quality candidates.Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.Data-Driven Insights: Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to measure success and inform strategic decisions, making adjustments as necessary.Diversity and Inclusion: Advocate for diversity and inclusion in hiring practices, ensuring a broad and varied candidate pipeline that reflects the communities we serve.Qualifications:5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on the advertising or creative or media industry.2+ years of people management.Proven track record in recruitment strategy development and execution.Strong business acumen and understanding of the advertising landscape.Exceptional people management skills, with experience leading and developing recruitment teams.Excellent client management abilities, with a focus on building relationships and delivering exceptional service.Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR technology.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions.Passion for fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
