Job Title: Head of Learning Disabilities

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Learning Disabilities service, providing support and development opportunities for adults with learning disabilities or additional support needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our day services, where individuals can learn independent living skills and develop their confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement service plans to meet the needs of our service users
• Lead a team of support staff to deliver high-quality services
• Collaborate with external agencies to ensure seamless support for our service users
• Monitor and evaluate service performance to ensure continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Proven experience in leading a team and managing services for adults with learning disabilities
• Strong knowledge of disability support principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve service goals
