Your new company A leading manufacturing company based in Nelson is currently seeking a Sales Administrator to join their growing business on a full-time permanent basis. This position is due to internal progression, as the company is known to have a brilliant reputation for providing excellent training and support. The ideal candidate should have a strong administration background and be adaptable within the workplace. This role is office based, working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. Your new role - Working closely with the Sales Director to ensure a smooth running of the business. - Providing quotes to clients, ensuring they are kept up to date throughout the entire process. - Proofreading and thoroughly checking documents are correct and accurate before sending them out. - Utilising the in-house system effectively. - Processing orders through an online web portal. What you'll need to succeed - Previous experience within administration, including excellent communication both written and verbal. - The ability to update and maintain databases. - Willingness to learn new processes and work collaboratively within the team. - Great attention to detail and ability to update and maintain databases. - Proficient with IT, including Microsoft Packages. - An ability to work well in environments.
