Success in this position requires managing both a delivery and growth agenda. Key responsibilities include project delivery of marketing analytics as well as other innovative, advanced pre/post commercial analytics solutions for our clients. This role is also responsible for the application of data-driven insights into the Klick strategy, activation, and planning measurement process. Working closely with the internal client teams and Analytics leads is vital to this role. You will provide ongoing strategic account direction/vision for analytic processes, reporting, and insight generation.Responsibilities:Collaborate with the cross functional team to develop, execute, and analyze results for complex campaigns.Employ best practices of agile development and planned iterative delivery techniquesPossess deep understanding of diverse healthcare data sources, including marketing, coverage, and sales, with expertise in applying sophisticated statistical methods and translating complex findings into strategic recommendations for senior leadershipUtilize third-party tools including Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager Launch, Adobe Target, Tableau/PowerBI, Google Marketing Platform and other marketing and advertising technologyBe able to leverage the expertise in statistics and modeling to lead advanced analytics projects. Oversee projects including marketing mix modeling, channel attribution analysis, etc., ensuring accurate predictions of marketing performance and target audience behaviors. Assist in building and developing a team of talented Data Engineers, Marketing Analysts, and Analytics TranslatorsBuild relationships across Klick, working with Strategy, Media, User Experience, Data Solutions, and teams for insights and to ensure that data is accessible, readily available and usable for analysisDemonstrate knowledge of diverse martech applications, platforms and technologies such as CDP/CRM/CMS/marketing automation systems ad be able to communicate requirements and create value in these areasLead a continuous learning environment with respect to utilizing the latest methodologies, technologies, and illustrative best practices to tell stories which can drive business decisionsDefine approaches and lead projects that close data gaps and identify insights, as well as manage external partnerships and negotiate contracts with syndicated & custom insights suppliersUnderstand the contracted scope of work, proactively identifying potential out-of-scope activities and bringing to the attention of the project leaderAble to lead business development efforts by providing strategic direction on analytics subject matter and ad-hoc feasibility reports, providing estimations of effort and developing methodologies that address client needsProvide selfless knowledge transfer and mentoring of junior team members. Potential for direct people management based on desire and prior experienceQualifications:Bachelor’s degree (Masters or advanced degrees preferred) in marketing, business management, statistics, information technology or computer science or other appropriate field of studyThe candidate must have 10+ years of experience consulting with clients on making strategic investment decisions to improve business resultsStrong client management/consultative experience both presenting and resolving issues.Extensive experience leading and managing marketing technology projects from ideation through installationApplied quantitative skills and the ability to roll up sleeves and dig into the numbers when necessaryMatrix leadership qualities will be required to lead external and internal resources into new marketing effectiveness territoriesStrong attention to detail, and ability to quality check their teams’ work to ensure that data anomalies/mistakes are caught prior to delivery of the analysis to the client teamsBe outgoing and able to integrate with a fast-paced Media Planning, Strategy, Technology and Activation teamsStrong organization skills and ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously while achieving quality standards and meeting deadlines with ambiguous requirementsExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
