Pool Operations Assistant - Casual - Southend on Sea

This role presents a chance to join a dynamic team in the leisure industry, contributing to the provision of a safe and enjoyable customer experience at our facilities. As a casual Pool Operations Assistant, you will work on a flexible, zero-hour basis, ensuring the smooth operation of our pools and related areas.

Key responsibilities include pool testing, cleaning assigned areas, setting up and breaking down activities and events, and providing exceptional customer service. You will engage with the public, encouraging repeat bookings and delivering a high level of service at all times.

Flexibility is essential, as you will be required to work various shift patterns, including weekends, early mornings, and late evenings, as well as bank holidays. A strong swimmer with excellent customer service skills is needed, along with a UK recognised pool lifeguard qualification and understanding of relevant health and safety legislation.
