We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Residential Childcare Worker.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe and supportive environment for young people at risk, working closely with families to prevent care and promote positive outcomes.
The role will involve developing and implementing individualized support plans, building strong relationships with young people and their families, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support to young people in a residential setting
- Work closely with families to understand their needs and develop effective support plans
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized support plans
- Build strong relationships with young people and their families

Requirements:
- Experience working with young people at risk
