About the Role
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Performance Manager to lead our Quality Team and drive excellence in quality standards and operational performance.
About You:
- Experience in team management and quality assurance is required.
- Proficient in Gsheet/Excel and able to analyze data to inform decision-making.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to liaise with stakeholders and influence decisions.
- Ability to solve problems using initiative and drive continuous improvement.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Drive the monitoring and analysis of key performance metrics to address issues and support strategic decisions.
- Train and coach QC auditors to maintain consistent performance and process integrity.
- Oversee the generation of reports and analysis to inform decision-making and support continuous improvement.
- Lead root cause analyses for errors and develop action plans to reduce error rates.
- Act as a liaison between QC teams and production to ensure effective cross-functional communication.

Location and Hours: The Granary, Unit 3, Chalker Way, Banbury, OX16 4XD. Wednesday - Saturday 6:30am - 6:30pm - day shift only.
