Quality Performance Manager

About the Role

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Performance Manager to lead our Quality Team and drive excellence in quality standards and operational performance.

About You:

• Experience in team management and quality assurance is required.
• Proficient in Gsheet/Excel and able to analyze data to inform decision-making.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to liaise with stakeholders and influence decisions.
• Ability to solve problems using initiative and drive continuous improvement.

What You Will Be Doing:

1. Drive the monitoring and analysis of key performance metrics to address issues and support strategic decisions.
2. Train and coach QC auditors to maintain consistent performance and process integrity.
3. Oversee the generation of reports and analysis to inform decision-making and support continuous improvement.
4. Lead root cause analyses for errors and develop action plans to reduce error rates.
5. Act as a liaison between QC teams and production to ensure effective cross-functional communication.

Location and Hours: The Granary, Unit 3, Chalker Way, Banbury, OX16 4XD. Wednesday - Saturday 6:30am - 6:30pm - day shift only.
