I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent in the Greater Montreal area. Our team of finance experts speaks your language and works in your environment. I'm looking for a Credit Manager for one of our clients in Ville St Laurent. Your responsibilities will include : - Maintain good business relations with customers, while respecting performance standards and performance standards and objectives, to promote customer loyalty - Manage the amount of credit to be granted to customers, based on creditworthiness assessment, and on the basis of the company's credit approval policies and matrix - Monitoring the timely collection of accounts receivable to limit the risks associated associated with bad debts - Ongoing verification and monitoring of customer credit histories with financial institutions institutions or credit associations - Maintain up-to-date financial information in customer files - Reconciliation of accounts receivable activity with the general ledger to ensure integrity of financial statements - Monthly reports on customer account activity, account age and collections - Management of procedures according to corporate group guidelines, interpretation of regulations and legislation concerning financing and/or the rights and obligations of rights and obligations - Mediation, supporting business unit managers in settling litigation - University degree (Commerce, Administration) or equivalent - 5 years' experience in accounts receivable management combined with 3 years' experience in personnel management - Fluency in French and English o Skill level: intermediate in speaking, writing and reading o Frequency: weekly o Purpose: Communications with U.S. corporate group as well as with customers outside Quebec regarding customer accounts - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Good knowledge of computer systems - Entrepreneurial, results-oriented - Leadership (rallying, mobilizing, guiding, influencing)
