Customer Support Executive Stamford Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 Are you a highly articulate and professional individual with a keen attention to detail? Henderson Brown is excited to partner with a local client in Stamford to find a talented Support Executive to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers. Key Responsibilities but not limited to : * Customer Support- Handle client queries via email, ensuring prompt and high-quality responses. * Customer Service- Manage global incoming telephone calls with a focus on providing exceptional service. * Query Management- Address transaction, refund, and technical support queries. * Complaint Resolution- Handle complaints efficiently and professionally. * CRM Management- Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management system and dashboard. * Promotional Support- Assist with preparations for promotional events. * Reporting- Collate data and produce necessary reports. Requirements: * Proven experience in customer service and complaint handling. * Proficiency in Office 365 products. * Excellent written and spoken English. * Experience in handling telephone calls and communicating with people worldwide.
