Join our Manitoba government client on an initial 6-month contract as they embark on multiple transformative projects designed to redefine digital and integration strategies. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Systems Analyst to play a pivotal role in implementing a new iPaaS solution on a private cloud, as well as a new ilottery system (SaaS). This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in business systems analysis, vendor management, and data migration in a dynamic environment. Whether assigned to one project or engaging across multiple, your contributions will directly impact the technological advancements that drive the lottery experiences enjoyed by millions.Advantages• Enjoy the benefits of a hybrid schedule, allowing you to work primarily remotely with minimal in-office attendance required, fostering both convenience and work-life balance.• Contribute to high-stakes integration and digital transformation projects that shape the future of lottery systems across Western Canada.• Engage in complex, multi-faceted projects that offer substantial opportunities for skill enhancement and professional development in cutting-edge technologies.• Play a crucial role in decision-making processes with a direct impact on business outcomes, providing a platform to showcase your analytical and leadership abilities.• Work alongside a dedicated team of professionals and industry experts in a supportive environment that values innovation and strategic thinking.Responsibilities• Document both business and functional requirements, ensuring thorough understanding and accurate translation into technical solutions.• Oversee and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and adherence to project specifications.• Assist in data migration planning, including data mapping and player account management, ensuring smooth transition and integration.• Produce detailed system design specifications, workflow diagrams, and other necessary documentation to support project execution and stakeholder understanding.• Proactively seek and implement process enhancements and technological upgrades that optimize project outcomes and efficiency.Qualifications• Minimum 5+ years as a senior systems analyst in IT, with a strong background in system specifications, gap analysis, and workflow diagramming.• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.• Demonstrated expertise in analysis, design, prototyping, integration, and testing across a variety of platforms, including cloud and mobile applications.• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and the ability to manage complex information and make concise and effective decisions.• Proficiency in SQL, XML, Visio, JIRA, and Confluence, with experience in integration design, e-commerce platforms, and data migration strategies.SummaryIf you’re ready to take on a pivotal role in shaping the future of lottery and gaming technology, and thrive in a collaborative, innovative environment, then apply directly to this job ad or reach out to your Randstad Digital representative immediately!P.S.
