Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the corporate tax department, driving strategic initiatives and ensuring the delivery of high-quality tax advisory and compliance services.
Develop and implement innovative tax strategies that align with clients' business objectives and maximize tax efficiencies.
Provide expert advice on complex tax matters, including mergers, acquisitions, international tax, and corporate restructuring.
Oversee tax compliance processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring long-term partnerships.
Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Stay current with changes in tax legislation and industry trends, ensuring our clients receive the most relevant and up-to-date advice.
Drive business development initiatives, including identifying new business opportunities and expanding the firm’s client base.
Qualifications:
ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified with extensive experience in corporate tax.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
In-depth knowledge of UK and international tax regulations.
