The ultra-modern shapes were trademarks of the house.While the brand’s identity is firmly rooted in its highly conceptual prêt-à-porter collections, its leather goods, footwear, and accessories experience worldwide success as well. Among the archetypal products of the House are its handbag collections. A new focus on the development of Balenciaga ready-to-wear collections for men was quickly established as highly successful.Since October 2015, Demna has designed both men’s and women’s collections as the artistic director.The Balenciaga House, part of the Kering group since 2001, is one of the most influential names in fashion. Your opportunity Partners with the Global Retail Performance team for the follow up of the retail business and performance monitoring of the brand. How you will contribute Retail performance:Support in the preparation of weekly and monthly retail performance analysesSupport in the management of the retail network calendarAssist the team with ad-hoc analyses & presentations of retail performanceSupport the development of new performance monitoring tools using artificial intelligence in coordination with other departments Who you are Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, seeking an end-of-studies internshipPrevious experiences in retail/merchandising performance or in finance are requestedFluent in English (both written and spoken), ability to work in a multicultural and multilingual environmentProficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPointUtilize strong analytical and goal-oriented approach to analyze retail performance data with attention to detailDemonstrate independence, dynamism, meticulous organization, and problem-solving skills while fostering teamwork within the luxury industry context.
