Regular European wide travel and limited international travelJob Description:We seek a highly motivated sales professional who can identify and assist customers with implementing leading-edge GaN-based solutions to meet their design challenges. This teammate will understand the sales process, excel at generating and converting leads, and develop long-term customer relationships. The primary focus of this position will be to generate and develop new customers and markets for EPC’s GaN power technology in EMEA, together with our distribution network.Critical aspects of the role include demand creation, execution of account penetration sales strategy, monitoring and reporting of account/market plans against yearly goals, including design wins, reference designs, revenue forecast, distribution strategies, and distributor management.Expanding the customer base and market opportunities for EPC in EMEA.Drive sales strategy for the territoryBusiness development for existing & new accounts in EMEAExperience and close contacts with accounts in Industrial Automation or Solar Industry is a plusDefining key sales channels to support the business plan and customer growthLiaising with internal teams to develop critical accounts & emerging marketsAssisting with product definition to meet identified needs of the EMEA marketIdentifying and securing new design wins with existing & new accountsDevelopment and execution of the territorial business planDevelop and retain key channel partnersKey Performance Measures:Performance achievement to revenue and design win budgetsCritical customer penetration and relationship building with key decision-makers and influencersAccuracy and delivery to the sales forecastRetention and development of distributors in EMEADeliver revenue and profitability growth in line with the EPC’s goalsJob Requirements:5-10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing functionsA commercial/technical background in power semiconductors would be an advantageBS or MS in Electronic Engineering or relevant disciplinesStrong communications skills, proficiency in spoken and written English and other European languageExcellent communication and organizational skillsBusiness / Technical English is mandatoryWillingness to take on a project outside of the primary roleExcellent balance of long term and short-term focusProficiency in Microsoft OfficeKnowledge, Skills, and Experience:Leadership qualities and takes ownershipExcellent business acumen with strategic and market awarenessSelf-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on a high-quality strategic planProven distribution management experience and qualifications gained within the power semiconductor industryExcellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamPositive attitude, motivated, and eager to gain businessCustomer-oriented and able to promote EPC technology across targeted verticalsKnowledge of standard IT tools and CRM applicationsKey Relationships:Customer interfaces, including at the most senior levelGlobal sales teamGlobal Field Applications Engineering (FAE) and Applications Engineering (AE) teamsOperations teamExecutive leadership teamSenior management at distribution and channel partnersEducation/Experience:BS or MS in Electronic Engineering or relevant disciplines.To Apply:Send resume to [email protected] .
