We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Architect to join our team. This role will provide you with the opportunity to work on a wide range of high-profile projects, where you will play a crucial role in shaping the built environment. You will be responsible for overseeing all architectural aspects of the development process from inception to completion. This includes coordinating with various internal and external teams, ensuring compliance with design specifications, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee all architectural aspects of projects from initial conception through completion.
2. Use AutoCAD to create detailed architectural designs and plans.
3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members including engineers, interior designers, and project managers.
4. Ensure all design work aligns with LEED standards and principles.
5. Oversee the work of junior architects and provide guidance as needed.
6. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects meet desired specifications and deadlines.
7. Review and approve project designs and plans, ensuring they meet all necessary codes and regulations.
8. Use your expertise in interior architecture to provide innovative and practical solutions for design challenges.
9. Utilize your Certified Interior Designer skills to enhance the functionality and aesthetics of interior spaces.
10. Continually stay updated with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and regulations.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Project Architect or in a similar role within the Engineering industry.
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
4. LEED accreditation is required.
5. Certification as an Interior Designer is required.
6. Extensive knowledge of architectural design, construction techniques, and material specifications.
7. Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
8. Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor junior team members.
9. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present design ideas and plans effectively to a variety of audiences.
10. A keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to quality.
11. A creative problem-solver with the ability to think outside the box and provide innovative design solutions.
