Head of Asset Management

Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Head of Asset Management to work with one of our Housing Association clients in London What the job will be doing * Review stock condition surveys and outputs against outcomes and data integrity standards * Repairs contract delivery and procurement * Oversee the stock condition survey, data analysis, financial modelling and development of stock investment programme and secure data quality * Undertake a review of our current asset management performance, policies and procedures and structure of the team and make recommendations for improvements * Review the capabilities and challenges of the asset management team and make recommendations What you will need * Review the capabilities and challenges of the asset management team and make recommendations * Significant experience of strategic asset management, programme delivery, service development and implementing and managing change. * Knowledge of the effective use of IT software to enable and support integrated service delivery How to Apply If you would like any further details about this position, please contact Matthew Newton at Marks Consulting Partners.
