Workshop Controller

As a Workshop Controller, you will be welcomed into a friendly team and have the opportunity to work with an exciting brand. What will you be doing? * Responsible for the day-to-day running of the workshop * Ensuring the service and repair technicians achieve their daily targets * Assisting the service managers in ensuring the department provides the best possible service to the customers * Achieves agreed profits and retention levels What are we looking for? * Full UK Driving Licence * Motor Industry experience in a similar role is essential * Able to work independently and as part of a team * Ability to work to timescales effectively * Keen eye for detail, good communication and a passion for delivering great customer service * Experience in a main dealer environment * Strong industry knowledge * Ability to work under pressure Salary and Hours Basic £38,000 OTE £47,000 Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm or shift of 7.30am to 5.30pm, 1 in 4 Saturdays 8am to 2pm Contact: Gary at Jago Consultants
