Project Manager – RC Frame and Groundworks London based projects £80,000 - £95,000 + Benefits (LTD or PAYE) About the company Our client is a leading UK-based construction company specializing in reinforced concrete frames, groundworks, and piling. Our client has a turnover of over £50 million per annum. Our client's expertise spans a wide range of commercial and residential projects, from large-scale developments to complex refurbishments. Project values vary from £1m - £10m. About the Opportunity We have been asked to find specialist groundwork and concrete frame Project Managers capable of delivering RC Frame and Groundwork packages. Individuals will need to have a strong understanding of groundworks and concrete frame construction for both Residential & Commercial projects. Usual duties will apply from overall management of the site team, technical management of the programme and works, through to management of the client and surrounding aspects. About the requirements * Proven track record of delivering high-quality RC frame projects on time and within budget * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders * Passion for the construction industry and commitment to innovation and sustainability * Degree educated in either Construction Management or Engineering About the Benefits and Rewards Salary range of £80,000 - £95,000 per annum.
