Project Engineer

Job Opportunity: Project Engineer Position: Project Engineer Location: Witney Salary: £30,000-£40,000 per year We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Engineer to join our innovative team in Witney. This role is perfect for someone with previous design experience in an R&D environment, exposure to CAD and engineering drawings, and a keen interest in managing technical projects from inception to completion. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the technical and critical success factors of assigned projects throughout their lifecycle within the company. 2. Conduct in-depth planning and scheduling of projects to ensure timely and successful delivery. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives and deadlines are met. 4. Utilize CAD and engineering drawings to support project design and implementation. 5. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion. Qualifications and Skills: * Previous design experience in an R&D environment. * Exposure to CAD and engineering drawings. * Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. * Strong communication and teamwork abilities. * Ability to work independently and take initiative. Package: * Salary: £30,000-£40,000 per year. * Enhanced annual leave entitlement: Basic entitlement of 23 days, with an additional day accrued per year of service up to a total of 28 days. * “Nominated” hours scheme allowing flexibility in working hours outside the standard pattern, with an early finish on Fridays. * Private pension scheme in addition to the auto-enrolment pension. * Bonus scheme based on company financial results achieved in the previous year. * Cycle to work scheme available.
