**Strategic Account Manager for UK3P**
As a key member of the UK3P team, you will be responsible for driving growth for our largest and most strategic sellers. Your primary focus will be on overseeing and managing the performance of these top sellers, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to drive sustained, profitable growth.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Provide holistic performance management and oversight for top sellers, identifying and addressing concerning performance trends and escalating issues to leadership teams as needed.
• Develop and implement best-in-class account management frameworks to build long-term, high-value relationships with key sellers.
• Establish data-driven processes to identify high-potential sellers across multiple marketplaces, using a scientific approach that can be scaled.
• Engage directly with C-suite leaders at seller organizations to drive strategic alignment, influence long-term investments, and strengthen partnerships.
• Effectively navigate the complexities of a matrixed organizational environment to deliver consistently strong results.
• Streamline seller engagement and support, reducing pain points and tailoring assistance to each seller's unique needs.
**Ideal Candidate:**
We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Account Manager with a strong track record in strategic account management, deep e-commerce expertise, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to drive change in a complex, fast-paced environment.
**Requirements:**
• Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers and market segments
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
• Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
**Preferred Qualifications:**
• Experience in B2B or enterprise sales with a focus on hunting new business
• Experience identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing opportunities across a wide spectrum of customer engagement levels
