Mobile Building Services Engineer

Position: Mobile Building Services Engineer Location: Covering an area that includes Camberley, Farnham, Guildford and Windsor Duration: Permanent Salary: From £38,000 to £40,000 plus travel time, overtime, van, on call allowance and annual bonus We are looking for an experienced Building Services Engineer for a full time, permanent regional position. This engineer will be working on commercial sites that will include offices, schools, universities etc They will be dealing with planned and reactive maintenance that include plant rooms, fan coils, water testing, emergency lighting, basic plumbing, compliance as well as other maintenance The right person for this position will be based in a commutable location to one of the above positions. They need to be holding a minimum of a level 2 electrical or mechanical qualification and will have a strong background in commercial maintenance Requirements Strong working background in building services maintenance Full UK driving licence Minimum of a level 2 electrical or mechanical qualification Based in a commutable distance to the above location Happy to travel as a regional engineer Must be happy to join the on callrota Package Basic salary subject to experience level Travel time On call one week in eight On call allowance Overtime available Company van Fuel card Annual bonus If you are interested in this position, please send your CV or contact Wendy Evemy ASAP
