Reporting to the Vice President of Child Development & Community Services, the strategically leads the development, execution, and implementation of progressive and sustainable practices that promote health professional clinical excellence and academic practice. You will act as an advisor to Professional Practice Leaders, ensuring ongoing excellence in evidence-based care, research, program evaluation, and teaching, while maximizing opportunities for inter-professional learning and fostering an innovative, accountable, evidence-informed, and outcome-focused culture. You will manage relationships across the organization, build partnerships, and serve as a resource and change leader in operationalizing strategies that support health professional practice, clinical informatics, and the delivery of quality patient care. As the ideal candidate, you are a Master’s-prepared leader with a minimum of seven (7) years of clinical experience where you have been a leader implementing organization-wide initiatives, ideally within a complex healthcare environment. You are known for your exceptional interpersonal skills that allow you to cogently communicate, motivate, and present to staff in all departments and levels, and to foster an inclusive environment that achieves results by valuing, supporting, and rewarding collaboration. Your robust understanding of hospital operations will serve you well in this role, as will your experience and natural curiosity in closely monitoring global trends within the industry with an eye on continuous improvement in patient care.
