The Role * Provide leadership to the Technical Team. * Support, drive, and improve the QMS * Build strong customer relationships and exceed customer expectations * Take responsibility for the implementation of all retailer requirements, BRC procedures, guidelines, and recommendations and for ensuring successful audits. * Lead the HACCP and TACCP teams. * Keep up to date with legislation and emerging issues. * Provide training and guidance to the production teams in relation to quality, food safety, legislation and hygiene. The Candidate * A strong can-do attitude. * A good communicator and relationship builder. * Good influencing skills, able to motivate others to improve performance * Hands-on, highly visible and credible on the shop floor.
