About Us:
Lonidnium are currently working alongside a leading fit-out contractor specializing in high-end hotel projects based in Belfast. There commitment to excellence and attention to detail has made us a trusted name in the industry. With a rapidly expanding portfolio, they're looking for a talented Project Manager to join there team on a permanent basis. The candidate applying for the role, must be willing to travel to the UK for certain projects, Accomadation paid for!
Role and Responsibilities:
As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the on-site delivery of there high-end hotel fit-out projects. Your responsibilities will include:
* Project Management: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
* Team Leadership: Lead and manage on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project goals.
* Quality Control: Maintain stringent quality control and ensure all work meets our exacting standards.
* Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
* Health & Safety: Uphold the highest standards of health and safety on site, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically in high-end hotel fit-out projects.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
* Solid understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
