Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management Candidate Sourcing and Evaluation Recruitment Process Management Market Research & Networking Administration & Documentation Requirements: ? Industry relevant experience gained in either a retail or head office based role preferred. ? Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience preferred but not essential. ? Genuine passion and interest in the fashion, beauty and direct to consumer industries. ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills ? Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to facilitate job offers and candidate acceptance. ? Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. ? Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. ? Familiar with MS Office – Word, Excel etc ? Results-oriented with a track record of meeting recruitment targets and deadlines. Competitive Base Salary Generous Uncapped Commission Scheme
