Leading travel client now requires an Onboard Systems Specialist to deliver innovative Passenger Information Systems (PIS) and Wifi solutions.

This role will oversee the technical implementation of key onboard projects and ensure the smooth delivery of day-to-day operations.

The Role:

  • Leading the information systems strategy ensuring the correct solutions are implemented.
  • Manage our clients' external vendors/suppliers and build strong relationships with these suppliers.
  • Implement and manage Wifi Onboard and passenger System solutions (Highlighting tangible benefits and areas of improvement)
  • Own and manage all onboard operations systems products and plan/deliver against the product roadmap.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth implementation and maximise tools, software and system functionality.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong commercial experience implementing Onboard Wifi and Passenger information System solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build and manage supplier and stakeholder relationships.
  • Extensive experience within the travel and transport sector.
  • Proven experience in application support, change management and impact analysis.
  • The ability to highlight areas of improvement and make technical recommendations.

This is an initial 6-month contract role which provides a daily rate of £560 (Outside IR35).

In terms of working structure, this role is hybrid with 2 days per week in our clients Central London office and the rest remote.
