Role Overview:
We're looking for a proactive Customer Service Advisor to join a leading property services and maintenance company that prioritise the social housing sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers, and supervisors to efficiently schedule appointments.
- Collaborate with supervisory teams and buyers to ensure materials and equipment are prepared and available for use at agreed appointment times.
- Schedule operatives and sub-contractors for jobs, addressing complex repairs, managing challenging customers, and resolving service failures to restore customer confidence.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of the customer service department.
What We're Looking For:
- Full UK Driving License
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role (experience within the property or maintenance sector is an advantage).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to professionally handle challenging situations.
- Excellent organisational abilities, capable of managing multiple requests and prioritising tasks effectively.
- Proficient in IT systems, including Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- A customer-focused mindset with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
