Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at Off To Work. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing expert HR support to our hospitality and catering clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide HR guidance and support to management teams in our hospitality and catering clients
• Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement and retention
• Manage employee relations, including disciplinary procedures and grievances
• Conduct performance management and talent development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with employment law and company policies

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in HR, preferably in the hospitality and catering industry
• Strong knowledge of employment law and company policies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
