Mail Sorter At Royal Mail, the festive season is our busiest time of the year, and it’s our seasonal workers who make delivering the magic of Christmas possible. As a Mail Sorter, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring every Christmas card and present safely reaches its destination   Shifts that are available: Earlies: 6:00am - 2:00pm £12.54 p/h Nights: 22:00 to 06:00 - £15.11p/h OT rate: £15.68 As a Seasonal Mail Sorter working at the heart of our team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering Christmas to the nation. You’ll be: • Unloading mail and packages from our vans. • Moving mail and packages through our centres. • Helping sort mail and packages. About you: • Organised and efficient: Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. • Flexibility and adaptability: Ability to switch between tasks during a shift. • Strength and stamina: Ability to push trolleys (up to 250kg) and lift/move mail bags (up to 11kg). • Comfortable with extended periods of walking and standing.
