Account Manager Responsibilities: Seeing projects from the start right through to completion Site Surveys Manage all aspects of a customer relationships to retain and develop their business Providing quotations on jobs, speaking to suppliers and attain material costs Building strong client relationships, ensuring clients are happy and kept updated with ongoing orders Deal with any customer issues and ensure issues are rectified and charged appropriately Liaise with customers via email, telephone and face-to-face Liaise with all departments to ensure smooth running of the project Good product knowledge are a must Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Confident and personable natureTo apply for the role please send a copy of your CV
