Role Overview As a Functional ERP System Analyst, you will leverage your expertise to conduct complex analytical, administrative, financial, and technical tasks that support the implementation and operation of the Infor LN ERP system. Key Responsibilities Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback on ERP functionality and ensure business processes align with user needs. Liaison Role: Act as a bridge between functional users and technical teams for ERP system configuration, modification, and testing, adapting to evolving business requirements. Documentation: Create user-friendly technical documents that empower users to resolve issues and better understand system functionality. Data Analysis: Apply data modelling practices to perform business analysis, providing recommendations for strategic and operational enhancements. ERP Maintenance: Oversee daily ERP job runs and material requirements planning, optimising automation whenever possible. SQL Reporting: Define business requirements for SQL reports to deliver insights that inform business decisions. System Integrity: Conduct regular maintenance of the ERP system to ensure its performance and reliability. User Training: Provide training and ongoing support to users, helping them maintain system integrity and achieve desired outcomes. Experience with SQL reporting.Additional Information: Candidates will need to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the UK as the successful candidate will be required to go through security clearance for the position
