Registered Nurse (RMN) role at a Barchester independent mental health hospital: deliver quality care and support to patients with complex needs.
About the Role As a Registered Nurse (RMN), you'll use your compassion and experience to deliver quality care and support to patients with complex and sometimes challenging behaviours. You'll work within a multi-disciplinary team to provide care and support, ensuring patients' needs are met and each person is treated with dignity and respect. You'll take the time to listen to patients and provide excellent nursing care.
About You You'll need to have current NMC registration. We'll look for an up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices and a strong understanding of CQC requirements and frameworks. You should be proactive, dedicated, and compassionate, with experience of producing well-developed care plans, undertaking risk assessments, and working as part of a clinical team.
