I am looking for a Recruitment consultant to join our White Collar Construction team covering South Wales. Experience isn't essential! You will receive structured training from our in-house professional trainer as well as on-going support and development from consultants, management and directors who have been through the same process as you. As well as a strong starting salary, ITS offer uncapped commission; this means the amount of work you put it will be directly reflected in your take home pay.
