Extensive skills in modern Javascript are a must. At LabelFlow, you will:Ship, own and continuously improve features of the web appWork very closely with the product team to inform the product strategy and directionDesign advanced UI/UX to make LabelFlow the one stop shop for image labelingContribute to architecting and further developing our frontend tech stackBe a company expert on our frontendEnsure high-quality standards through code review and testingIn the first month you willGet comfortable with the current application and its codebaseStart working on small issues and improvementsWithin the first 3 months you willDevelop new features on the web app based on interaction with the product managementDevelop new pages in Next JSBuild some advanced UI elements for specific tasksSolid experience in the following technical fields is welcome:You have built production quality apps in Javascript / Typescript and ReactJSYou are proficient in web design: HTML, CSS, Design systems with a portfolio to show itYou are proficient in data plumbing in React: GraphQL, fetch, Apollo, React Query or similarDriven by creating value for customers, not just scientific accuracy and you see perfect as the enemy of doneComfortable with ambiguity, lack of structure, and a greenfield environment where you can (and have to) build a lot from scratchNice to haveExperience with advanced aspects of the web platform: Service Workers, IndexedDB, Cache, Canvas, etc.Experience with NextJSExperience with UI libraries such as Chakra UI or Material UIYou care about simplicity and performanceYou are interested in the AI and machine learning ecosystemExperience with PythonAdditionally, here are some general skills that LabelFlow people tend to haveYou are very curious and won't stop searching until you find the answerYou work meticulously.
