Application Requirements: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).• Experience teaching in a KS1 setting (preferred but not essential for ECTs).• A passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• A strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum. Key Responsibilities: • Plan and deliver creative and effective lessons that meet the needs of all students.• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.• Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages mutual respect and cooperation.• Work collaboratively with other teachers and support staff to plan and implement school-wide initiatives.• Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development opportunities.
