They are looking for a Head of Small Works to join their team in Hampshire and help deliver small works projects up to £300k. 2024 has been extremely busy so far and with a strong pipeline and big plans in the works it would be an ideal time to join them in their journey. About the Role Our client is seeking a Head of Small Works with a proven track record to join their experienced delivery team in Hampshire. Your primary objectives of the role will be managing the Pre-Contract process and estimating on projects. As the Head of Small Works you’ll look after all projects up to circa £300k from concept to completion. The key roles and responsibilities include but aren’t limited to: * Pre-Contract Management * Contract Management & Delivery * Client Relationship Management * Financial Management * Risk Management * Stakeholder Management The Offer In return for your expertise, our client offers a competitive salary of up to £75,000 per annum, plus Commission.
