Join Ocado Logistics as a Despatch Warehouse Operative and be at the heart of preparing orders for customers in a state-of-the-art warehouse.
As a Despatch Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for loading individual totes into frames which are then loaded into our delivery vans for our customers. You will also be required to sort and organise totes coming back to site.
**Work Area & Shifts:**
- We have a variety of shift options available:
- Core Roster Option: Plan your work-life balance with our core roster. Receive your work pattern 13 weeks in advance giving you bags of time to plan time with your family and friends.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Loading individual totes into frames
- Loading frames into delivery vans
- Sorting and organising totes coming back to site
**Shift Options:**
- Days Shifts: 07:00 - 17:00
- Nights Shifts: 21:00 - 07:00
**What You'll Get:**
- Starting rate - £11.76 per hour
- Night shift premium (between the hours of 10pm and 6am) - plus £2.50 per hour
- Overtime paid at basic x 1.25
