The company also established its in-house unscripted studio FOX Alternative Entertainment (The Masked Singer, Snake Oil, I Can See Your Voice, Name That Tune) and FOX Entertainment Studios (Animal Control) to develop scripted content.JOB DESCRIPTIONFOX Entertainment is looking for a Vice President to help lead Research & Analytics across the company. The Vice President, Research & Analytics will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven strategies to optimize content creation, audience engagement, market positioning, and overall business performance. The Vice President, Research & Analytics will have a strong background in analytics, market research, and entertainment trends, combined with excellent leadership and strategic thinking skills.A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESLead an experienced and high-performing team of two in surfacing and disseminating tactical intelligence from cross-platform datasets to inform business decisions at FOX Entertainment.Derive actionable insights to inform operations and strategy throughout the company, providing direct support to FOX Entertainment businesses across functional areas.Collaborate with corporate data engineering teams to build out datasets, design dashboards, analytics tools, and reports.Establish a data inventory and data strategy for FOX Entertainment pillars (network, studio, distribution).Establish an analytics strategy for international distribution.WHAT YOU WILL NEED10+ years of experience in research and analytics (including proficiency in linear and digital measurement strategies), ideally in the entertainment industry.Experience with Nielsen measurement and products.Proven track record of leadership and team management in a similar capacity.Expertise in data analysis, statistical methods, and research methodologies.Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Databricks, Tableau).Exceptional analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to present complex data findings in a clear and concise manner.Effective communicator and collaborator who can be successful in building cross-functional relationships.Strong problem solver and detail-oriented self-starter who will thrive in a lean, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $185,000.00-250,000.00 annually for California. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
