PSR Solutions requires an experienced Site Supervisor for a demolition project in Dorset. Responsibilities: Supervise Demolition Activities: You will be responsible for overseeing all demolition activities on-site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of skilled workers, ensuring efficient and safe execution of demolition tasks. Quality Control: Monitor the quality of work, ensuring that demolition procedures are followed accurately. Health and Safety: Promote and enforce strict adherence to health and safety protocols on-site. Progress Reporting: Maintain accurate site diaries, detailing site conditions, progress, and available resources. Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.Requirements: Experience: Previous experience supervising a demolition/strip-out project Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team effectively. Health and Safety: Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices. Communication: Excellent communication skills to liaise with project teams and stakeholders. Qualifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., SSSTS) are desirable
