Commutable from: Braintree, Witham, Colchester, Ipswich, Basildon, Canvey Island, Romford, Bishops Stortford, Enfield, Cambridge, Sawbridgeworth, Southend- on- Sea, Brentwood, Dagenham. Ideal Candidate: Lift Engineer: Modernisation Carry out modernisations of passenger lifts Control own jobs including planning of lift modernisations Work efficiently and in a safe manner in accordance with all Health and Safety guidelines. Liaise directly with the customer whilst on site and build a good working relationship Participate in callout rota - optional Report all major repairs/defects to encourage improvements or new installations in lift equipment and safety.Ideal Candidate: Lift Engineer: Modernisation Qualified NVQ 3 lift engineering discipline either service or installation - Essential Has at least 3 years experience as a Lift Installation / Modernisation Engineer - passenger lifts - Essential UK Driving Licence - Essential Lives a commutable distance away from Chelmsford, Essex or willing to relocate.
